ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and respond to priority client requests, evaluating availability and alternatives Issue quotations with cost and freight estimates Manage consignment stocks, define reorder points, and replenish local consumption Coordinate the entire replenishment process from factory to final Import ManagementPlace and follow up on supplier orders (urgent and regular replenishment) Monitor delivery timelines and reception at the central warehouse Consolidate orders for finalExport ManagementPrepare shipments, issue documentation, and manage customs processes Plan and coordinate with logistics partners (customs brokers, freight forwarders) Follow up until delivery at destination (including PODs)System ManagementRecord and track all logistics processes in the system (SAP R/3) Query and analyze data for reporting and decision support (KPIs) Monitor supply chain processes across allRequirements: Higher education in Logistics (distribution and stock management / import & export) or related fields; 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics roles, with focus on: Supplier order management and import processes; Fulfilling customer requests and export processes; Stock optimization, demand forecasting, and service level definition; Preferably, experience with automated warehouses (VLS, vertical carousel) and spare parts management.
