About The Job
Participate in transversal and impactful territory-wide projects, providing support to the Territory Chief Operating Officer (COO), Territory Chief of Staff and other senior managers.
Responsibilities
* Participate in the planning, executing, and follow-up phases of projects for the Territory’s senior management
* Support in department and territory events organization
* Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support ongoing projects
* Prepare, conceptualize, execute and take ownership of internal communications such as internal newsletters, all staff emails, appointments and announcements
* Coordinate with providers, partners, sponsors and other stakeholders to negotiate, share information and strengthen relationship
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and attain knowledge in Project Management tools
Profile and Skills to Success
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications and/or related areas
* Fluency in English, both written and oral
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform make decisions and proactive and problem-solving mindset
