In this role, you will provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone).
Your main responsibilities will include pre and post-sales support, product and tool assistance, and helping clients grow their businesses through digital advertising solutions.Candidate Profile:Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level).Empathic, helpful, and a team player.Strong soft skills for de-escalating situations and handling sensitive information.Fast learner with a proactive attitude.Working Conditions:Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break).Holidays: 22 days per year, plus Portuguese public holidays.Bonuses: Holiday and Christmas bonuses (equivalent to your base salary).Location: Lisbon, Portugal (TP OPEN building).Salary & Benefits:Base Salary: €929.00/month.Allowances: Meal allowance (€154.00/month), holiday and Christmas allowances (€77.42 each, paid monthly).Total Gross Salary: €1,237.83/month.Contract: Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.Additional Benefits: Private health and dental insurance (after contract signature).Requirements:EU Citizenship or Residency Permit in Portugal is mandatory.Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level).If you are passionate about customer service and ready to grow your career with a global tech company, apply now!
