Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (rotative shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotative days
(Later stage may change to 24/7 rotation TBC by client)
Salary & Compensation:
* Base Salary: 1,000 gross x 14 months
* Bonus: 100 gross x 11 months
* Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
* Transport Allowance: 20 per month
* Health Insurance: Active from day 1 (employee contribution), free after 6 months
Relocation & Benefits (Lisbon only):
* Airfare reimbursement after 6 months (up to 400, economy class)
* Shared apartment for up to 12 months (280/month, utilities included and discounted directly from payslip)
Requirements:
* Native/fluent Italian, good English proficiency
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management, or customer success ideally linked to business development
* Proven sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
* Candidates must not have previously worked for Byte Dance, in any LOB, BPO, or country
