- Supervise analysis of competitors, market trends, products, channels, customers, and consumer behavior.
- Lead the launch of commercial products, ensuring clear communication and training for sales teams.
- Develop reports, presentations, and training materials to support the Sales & Marketing departments.
- Work closely with logistics to enhance sales forecasts using internal and external insights.
- Support communications initiatives, ensuring seamless dissemination of product information.
- Prepare reports and statistical analysis to assist in budget planning with Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Represent Iberia at international Product and BI meetings, coordinating key initiatives with headquarters.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring strong execution of action plans.
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Business Management, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of structuring and interpreting complex data.
- Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple way.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Fluent in English (Spanish and Portuguese are a plus).
