What You’ll Do
Role purpose: Provides expert financial guidance to support strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives and accounting/regulatory compliance. Responsible for the quality and accuracy of P&L reporting, ensuring integrity across all financial statements. Analyzes complex financial data, advises on risk management and optimization opportunities, and plays a key role in driving process improvements, mentoring teams, and communicating with external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Accounting: Drives the implementation of accounting policies across all P&L lines to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic objectives. Understands accounting impacts on the business and in company reporting. Oversees the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures, policies, and principles.
* Advisory: Provides final technical advice to the business on products/processes. Contributes to finance strategic objectives by providing insights on accounting data and market trends. Supports process improvements.
* Communication: Leads clear and effective communication with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial matters and strategic priorities. Influences decision-making by presenting well-structured financial analysis and recommendations.
* Project management: Manages projects with operational and people management responsibilities, ensuring final delivery on time and with quality.
* Control partners: Responsible for responding to internal and external partners, ensuring documentation quality and readiness.
Who You Are
* Background in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Management.
* >6 years of experience in accounting/SME (Subject Matter Expert).
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
* Project management skills and experience.
* Fluent in English.
