Your new Role
As a
Full Stack Developer
, you will be responsible for:
Design, development and maintain Back-Office user interfaces and integrations for the Genesys Cloud Contact Center, using
Java
;
Ensure seamless integration with existing Java-based systems, managed by external suppliers;
Participate in architectural planning, focusing on modularization,
API
design, and system integration;
Define and implement best practices for testing,
(CI/CD)
, maintaining high code quality;
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing systems.
The Contact Center team is divided into 1 Product Owner, 1 Lead Engineer, 1 Solution Architect and Developers. The team is looking for a
Full Stack Developer with Back-End focus
, combined with sufficient skill set to support and develop also backoffice user interfaces.
What you will need to succeed
To succeed as a
Full Stack Developer
you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
+5 years of experience working in the field;
Proven experience in developing AI App’s for Contact Centers, with knowledge of its metrics, reporting, and user experience design;
Experience in developing back-office user interfaces;
Extensive experience working with
Java
;
Proficiency in
Angular
framework;
Strong understanding of
API
design and service-oriented architecture (
REST
);
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills in Cloud-integrated environments (familiarity with
AWS
and/or
Google Cloud Services
);
Exposure to
CI/CD
practices and
DevOps
environments;
Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Google Tag Manager (is considered a plus);
Familiarity with low code/no code tools (is considered a plus);
Ability to work independently;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English.
