We are looking for a Compliance & ISO Specialist to join an international organization operating in a regulated environment (Permanent Recruitment).
This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in regulated environments, coming from backgrounds such as compliance, quality, information security, governance or similar areas - not limited to IT-only profiles.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and prepare internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with the following standards: ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****.Create, review and maintain policies, procedures and internal documentationAct as a point of contact with auditors and internal stakeholdersSupport teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of processesPromote a proactive compliance approach, anticipating risks and audit requirementsRequirementsAround 3 years of experience in compliance, quality, audit or ISO-related rolesSolid knowledge of: ISO **** & ISO *****Knowledge or exposure to ISO *****Strong attention to detail and good organizational skillsComfortable working with documentation, policies and written proceduresFluent PortugueseIntermediate to advanced English (documentation and communication)ProfileStructured and methodicalAble to communicate with both technical and non-technical teamsAutonomous, responsible and proactiveInterested in regulated environments and continuous improvement
