Scrum Master (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What you need to have:
Hard Skills
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
* Experience transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
* Experience evangelizing teams to adopt Agile/Scrum practices.
* Experience working in international contexts.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Soft Skills
* Good communication skills.
* Team spirit.
* Proactivity.
* Effective time management.
