About DK Music Business AcademyDK Music Business Academy helps independent artists grow their audience, increase streams, build sustainable careers, and navigate the modern music industry.Founded by Damian Keyes, we work with thousands of artists worldwide through our education platform, coaching, community, and artist growth services.We're looking for an Artist Relations Manager to become the bridge between our audience and our team.This is not a hard sales role.It's a relationship-building role.You'll spend your day speaking with artists, understanding their goals, identifying challenges, answering questions, and helping the right people take the next step with us.The RoleEvery day, hundreds of artists interact with our content, download resources, join our email list, reply to campaigns, engage in our community, and reach out through social media.Your job is to start conversations, build relationships, identify opportunities, and book qualified artists into calls with our team.You'll be communicating with artists through email, Instagram, Facebook, community platforms, and other communication channels.You won't be responsible for closing sales.You will be responsible for creating meaningful conversations and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.What You'll Be DoingResponding to inbound artist enquiriesFollowing up with leads generated through our lead magnets and email campaignsStarting conversations with engaged members of our audienceBuilding genuine relationships with artistsUnderstanding artist goals, challenges, and ambitionsQualifying potential clients and membersBooking calls into our sales team's calendarMaintaining accurate CRM recordsFollowing communication processes and systemsWorking closely with Damian and the team to improve lead conversionWho We're Looking ForYou are:Fluent in spoken and written EnglishAn excellent communicatorFriendly, confident, and naturally curiousOrganised and detail-orientedComfortable having conversations with people from around the worldInterested in music, musicians, and the creative industryConfident using email, messaging platforms, and CRM systemsAble to work independently and manage your own workloadBonus points if you have:Experience in customer success, community management, sales support, appointment setting, or account managementExperience working with musicians, creators, coaches, or online education businessesExperience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Go High Level, ActiveCampaign, or similar platformsLocation: Remote.What Success Looks LikeEvery lead receives a timely responseConversations are professional, helpful, and engagingQualified artists are consistently booked into callsCRM records remain accurate and up to dateArtists feel supported and valued throughout the processTo ApplyPlease send:Your CVA written response explaining why you'd be a great fit for this roleAn example of how you handled artist support in the pastWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping artists and building relationships.
