We are looking to onboard a QA Engineer (hybrid profile: manual + automation) with the following responsibilities and skillsMandatory Requirements:- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - ISTQB Foundation certification - Solid experience in test automation using Playwright - Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) - Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Xray - Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.G., Scrum, Kanban) - Experience in manual test design and execution - Experience in defect management - Ability to design and maintain automated test frameworks - Strong understanding of requirement analysis and effort estimation - Ability to identify, prepare, and manage test data - Strong knowledge of testing best practicesSoft Skills:- Strong communication skills with different stakeholders (Business Analysts, Application Managers, Developers, etc.) - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team - High level of autonomy in task execution - Proactivity and critical thinking - Strong quality-oriented mindsetNice to Have:- Ability to prepare test data and validate results through database queries, API calls, or other programmatic methods (beyond UI validation) - Experience with CI/CD integration - Experience with low-code platforms (e.G., Appian, BluePrism, Microsoft Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate) - Experience with exploratory testing and other testing types (e.G., Performance, Accessibility) - Ability to define testing strategies and approaches - Previous experience in banking projects
