This position combines financial controlling expertise with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven solutions within the IT FIN team.
Your mission will be…
* Support IT FIN Hub in Lisbon by contributing to controlling and Digital FIN initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Controlling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Execute core financial activities, such as budget and forecast preparation, cost analysis, and reporting.
* Prepare insightful reports and provide support for planning and budgeting cycles.
* Maintain and optimize existing digital solutions to ensure efficiency and reliability.
* Drive process digitalization, identify opportunities for automation, and continuous improvement.
* Create dashboards in Power BI to visualize key financial and operational metrics.
* Transform and integrate data sources for accurate and efficient reporting.
* Participate in projects, contributing to innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
We are looking for someone with…
* Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
* Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Technical Skills:
* Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
* SAP knowledge (preferred).
* Experience with Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
* Familiarity with Python and Power Apps (preferred).
* Core Competencies:
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Problem-solving mindset and professional ethics.
* Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
* Willingness to work in an international environment.
