Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the technical team in preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment under industrial maintenance, aiming to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
2. Develop preventive maintenance plans for all new equipment or those without a defined plan.
3. Monitor existing plans and propose improvements to enhance machine availability and efficiency.
4. Ensure the updating of preventive maintenance plans.
5. Support maintenance planning activities, acting as the liaison with internal clients to validate equipment availability for scheduled maintenance.
6. Coordinate and communicate with internal clients to align priorities and provide updates on ongoing maintenance work.
Candidate Profile:
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
3. Solid knowledge of electrical installations, including generators, UPS systems, electrical panels, technical lighting, and low to medium voltage networks.
4. Ability to define technical solutions, prepare electrical projects, specifications, and cost estimates, and analyze technical proposals.
5. Proficiency in drawing tools, especially AutoCAD, for project support.
6. Knowledge of SCIE (Fire Safety in Buildings) is a plus.
7. Strong interest and motivation in Maintenance and Facility Management.
8. Knowledge in Project Management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor technical interventions.
9. Dynamic profile, organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
10. High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and motivation to achieve goals.
11. Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and operational stakeholders.
12. Proficiency in English.
