We are looking for a Business Analyst for this project What are we looking for?
- Define
- Quality technical solutions aligned with bank architectural standards and current technology constraints.
- Explore and implement new technologies to enhance product offerings and provide a competitive edge.
- Seek simplification and rationalization of business, systems, and processes to improve
- throughput and efficiency.
- Support the development of a new platform while maintaining the integrity of existing production processes.
- Participate in all development stages, including
- level design, estimation, detailed design, development management, unit testing, and delivery.
- Lead topics autonomously or guide offshore developers, providing mentorship and team development.
- Plan resource usage according to assigned budget and timelines.
- Engage with BA/PMs to contribute to analysis tasks and communicate with business sponsors.
- Monitor progress, report updates, and escalate issues to ensure management visibility of risks and challenges.
- Experience in the Banking System
- Proficiency with TAGETIK
- Proficiency in English
