Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Team Lead to manage and grow a web engineering team responsible for building and evolving the web client of Team Viewer Frontline. You will work closely with other R&D leaders and contribute to department-wide initiatives while shaping how web technologies, component systems, and design standards are used across our ecosystem.This role combines strong people leadership with deep technical understanding of modern web frontend technologies, especially React, focusing on building reusable components, dynamic layouts, and enabling multiple teams to build solutions on top of a shared web client.You will:Lead an agile web engineering team focused on React-based web applications and shared client componentsBe accountable for delivering the roadmap of our web client and reusable frontend building blocksDrive technical excellence in component-based architecture and design-system adoptionEnsure web solutions are modular, customizable, and easy to extend by other teamsGuide the team in building high-quality frontend software with strong focus on performance, usability, and maintainabilityFoster an agile mindset and strong engineering culture within the teamEnable open feedback and communication cultureSupport the personal and professional growth of engineersAct as a technical leader who can translate complex frontend topics into clear direction for both engineers and managementCollaborate closely with platform, mobile, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs and shared UI patternsRequirementsUniversity or college degree in Information Technology or a related field2+ years in a leadership role in an agile environment5+ years of software development experience with strong focus onmodern web frontend technologiesSolid experience withReact.jsand component-based developmentStrong understanding of buildingdynamic and customizable layoutsExperience building or consumingdesign systemsand reusable UI component librariesKnowledge of clean code principles, design patterns, and scalable frontend architectureExperience integrating REST/Graph QL APIs into web applicationsStructured, analytical working style and strong team spiritExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
