We connect property owners, real estate investors, tourist s, and digital nomad s from all corners of the world .Lightning-fast Growth StartUp, we closed 2025 with promising numbers : Managing over 620 properties (apartments, houses and hostels) 12M€ annual revenue, 60 talented people and successfully spinning off Invest Wise and Work Wise.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with over 5 years of experience in Sales, with a strong background in leveraging technology and digital tools to drive business growth.We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is highly proactive, and has the ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.What you'll be doing- Generate, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads ; - Develop, manage, and close ongoing sales opportunities ; - Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature; - Build and nurture relationships with investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners; - Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools; - Source and secure new properties and business opportunities in the market; - Act proactively to expand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels .What We Are Looking For- A hands-on, proactive attitude and ownership mindset; - Strong technological curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools; - High energy, resilience, and motivation to grow in a scale-up environment; - Clear communication, structured thinking, and commercial intuition;Skills for the role- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets ; - 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments or B2B sales; - Strong negotiation and closing abilities; - Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools; - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team; - Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).Ready to embark on a journey where your skills will be valued, and your ideas will shape the industry's future?Our Benefits:- Competitive compensation package; - Health Insurance: 100% covered to ensure your well-being; - Transportation : Monthly transportation pass fully paid for travel in Porto metropolitan area; - Hybrid Work & Flexibility: Option for hybrid work with flexible hours; - Culture: A team that values autonomy, trust, and real results; - Growth: A place where you can execute, innovate and grow. - Workspace: Modern office space in downtown Porto with terrace.
