Your mission will be...
* Be responsible for Team Backlog and priorities
* Ensure stories are prepared and participate/contribute in Agile Planning meetings (PI)
* Accept user-/enabler stories, participate in team demos and retrospectives
* Build/support an effective Agile team and its interfaces (PO, PM, SM, Architect, Dev.Team)
* Ensure quality
* Bring together system knowledge and customer needs
* Manage user base, Time reporting, Internal/External KPI, Shopping Cards (old:
operations management)
* Track and communicate Service Level and keep targets, coordinate and escalate with suppliers (old:
Service Owner), manage service performance and communicate to business stakeholders about releases
* Plan, align, and track releases (release management)
* Support countries/regions during the global rollout (data migration, planning of administrative structure, initial configuration)
* Collaborate closely with Product Manager
* Serve as the main technical contact for all topics related to the product
We are looking for someone with...
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
* More than 3 years of proven experience as a project manager and/or product owner in IT
* Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices, and tools
* Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving abilities
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability
* Fluent English skills;
additional languages like German are a plus
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Experience working in a DEV/OPS environment
* Entrepreneurial skills:
leadership, output orientation, value and user happiness focus, assertiveness, futurist thinking, analytical skills, negotiation, business administration, and commercial capabilities
* Customer/provider relationship management soft skills (stakeholder management, customer centricity, conflict management, leadership)
* Provider Management Skills
* IT and Business competencies
