We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic project within the banking sector, based in Covilhã.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, your mission is to deliver outstanding customer service. You will:
* Handle inbound calls from customers and non-customers
* Provide clear and accurate information about financial products and services
* Clarify questions professionally and efficiently
* Conduct occasional outbound calls to existing clients
* Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and a positive service experience
Training
A full training program is provided, including:
* 5 business days of training
* Up to 5 days of on-the-job practice

* Base salary: €1,015 (holiday & Christmas bonuses included)

Work Schedule
* Full-time: 40 hours/week
* Rotating schedules between 09:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday
Requirements
* European Portuguese C2
* English B2 level
