About The Role
Are you experienced in paid campaigns and passionate about digital advertising?
We are looking for a
B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist (French Market)
to support advertisers using global, industry-leading advertising solutions in a confidential, technology-driven environment.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to French-speaking advertisers, helping them troubleshoot product issues, optimize campaign performance, and maximize their use of digital advertising tools. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience, making a direct impact on advertiser success.
Key Responsibilities
* Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to enhance service quality and improve overall advertiser experience
* Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support cases via email and chat channels
* Manage case volumes effectively while maintaining high service standards
* Own and drive query resolution by collaborating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
* Resolve technical, product-related, and generic platform inquiries
* Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service excellence throughout the entire case journey
* Provide clear and proactive updates at all customer touchpoints
* Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve best-in-class productivity
* Partner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types
Your Profile
We are looking for professionals with strong digital marketing knowledge and a customer-first mindset.
Mandatory Requirements:
* French C1 (mandatory)
* English B2
* Proven experience in paid campaign management
* Degree in Marketing or a related field
* Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
* Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment
* Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working Schedule
Initial Schedule (first phase):
Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
Rotational shifts:
* 07:00 – 16:00
* 10:00 – 19:00 2 rotational days off
Future Schedule (TBC by client):
24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
Compensation
* Base Salary: €930.00 gross/month
* Complexity Bonus: €120.00 gross/month (paid over 11 months)
* Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
