This is a hands‐on, generalist role for someone who can bothset strategy and execute, while gradually building and managing a small network of specialists or partners.From day one, you'll take ownership of our marketing channels, reviewing what's working, identifying gaps, and building a clear, focused plan to drive qualified leads, revenue growth, and long‐term brand strength.This role is ideal for a pragmatic, data‐driven marketer who enjoys operating in a lean, fast‐moving environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.What You'll DoOwn and manageday‐to‐day marketing operationsacross channels (SEO, paid media, website, content, email, etc.).Audit our current marketing efforts and develop anintegrated, measurable marketing strategyaligned with business goals.Lead and optimizeSEO, paid media / PPC, and performance marketingefforts to drive high‐quality leads and revenue.Identify new growth opportunities and test channels, campaigns, and messaging with speed and discipline.Develop a deep understanding of our business model, services, andtarget customer segments.Conduct competitor and market research to inform positioning and strategy.Analyze historical and ongoing performance data to generate insights and guide decisions.Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth priorities.Manage external partners, freelancers, or agencies as needed (SEO, paid media, content, etc.).Build lightweight processes, dashboards, and reporting to improve clarity, accountability, and execution speed.Over time, help shape and scale the marketing function as the company grows.About You6–10+ years of experience ingrowth, performance, or digital marketing(title flexible based on seniority). Remote work experience is required.Stronggeneralist backgroundwith hands‐on experience across SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), and website optimization.Comfortable owning bothstrategy and executionin a lean or startup environment.Solid experience withanalytics and performance tracking(Google Analytics / GA4).Experience with content marketing, CRO, and email marketing is a strong plus.Highlydata‐driven, with the ability to turn insights into clear action.Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Operates with urgency and accountability.
