Key Responsibilities
* Take strategic ownership of the entire SDR new business channel, with the freedom to define and implement your vision for success
* Lead, motivate and develop a high performing sales team. Provide coaching, mentorship and ongoing training to ensure the teams success.
* Design and execute a data driven outbound strategy.
* Create a collaborative culture.
* Partner with internal teams, such as sales and marketing to create a seamless alignment on messaging and campaigns.
* Track performance and coach for success using KPIs to exceed targets.
* Forecast pipeline.
* Act as a strategic leader.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Leadership Experience: At least five years experience in an SDR role and two years of experience managing SDR teams that consistently exceed targets.
* Innovative and Driven: Skilled in analysing metrics, refining strategies, and continuously improving outcomes.
* People-Oriented: Able to drive performance while maintaining a positive team culture. Create an environment where the team enjoys working together and sharing best practices.

* Competitive basic salary of €51,000
* On target earnings estimated €85,000
