We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our global food brand partnerships. As a Global Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to win and grow multi-million euro partnerships with major food and beverage brands.
Key to success will be your ability to translate pollination services into business cases that deliver tangible commercial value while helping brands achieve their net zero and regenerative agriculture targets.
This is a high-stakes, high-impact selling role that requires strong relationships with sustainability leaders at some of the world's largest food companies.

* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the food or agriculture industry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes
* Fluency in English, with additional languages an asset
