Overview
The Designia Program is a 9 months sales-oriented program through which you will learn about our business, combining formal training (hard and soft) and on-the-job training and development initiatives. You will interact with sales managers in an international environment, rotating through different assignments. The program is guided by Country Managers / Regional Directors and sponsored by two sales executives.
We are looking for candidates in
North America: Manhattan, New Jersey, Charlotte, Houston, Tampa and Anaheim-San Diego.
We are looking for
* Recent graduates in Architecture & Design. Other degrees will be valued if the candidate shows strong appetite and some experience selling high design products and/or upscale services.
* Clear interest in developing a sales & business professional career.
* Open for mobility around EMEA and NA. Solid communication skills, curiosity to learn, team spirit, commitment and energy to lead projects.
* Fluent in English. Proficiency in any other European language will be valued.
* While no formal working experience is required, any experience in Sales & Customer Attendance will be valued.
What is the purpose of the program?
The Designia Program aims to identify, coach and develop Arquitectures and Designers (others could be considered).
When does the program start?
The Designia Program will start October 2025 and finish by June 2026.
How does the structure look like?
* The first two weeks will take place at our HQs in Almería – in-class training.
* After that, participants will start the on-the-job training in their locations.
* You will participate in another online training actions along the program.
* During the program, you will work on a specific project that they will have to present and defend in front of Senior Leadership.
What happens at the end of the program?
You will be offered a permanent job in Sales in any of our Centers around EMEA and NA.
