Process management & efficiency manager

Greenvolt Group is looking for a Process Management & Efficiency Manager to join the Process Management Team within the Business Excellence Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, mapping, design and documenting key processesacross our organizationand managing strategic projects focused on process optimization, operational efficiency improvements, and maximizing business value. The role requires working closely with all departments to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the team in the identification, mapping, design, and documentation of key processes across the organization.
* Support on the identification of inefficiencies in operational processes, recommend improvements, and implement changes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure implementation and integration of new or optimized processes.
* Carry out regular process monitoring and optimisation activities
* Guide process improvement methodologies and drive a general culture that promotes forward thinking, change management and continuous improvement.
* Participate on continuous improvement projects and initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Work closely with departments across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement tailored solutions.
* Provide training and support to employees on process improvement, efficiency methodologies and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Graduate in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or similar.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders.
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
* Solid knowledge of process management methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with tools like Power BI and project management software.
* Experience with continuous improvement and project management methodologies is a plus.
* Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Availability to travel.
* English working proficiency.
