We are seeking a forward-facing & true Digital Marketing Expert: CRO, Email Automation & Analytics Skills with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication with the following skills:
* Email Marketing, Marketing Automations & Retargeting
* CRO & Onsite personalization
* Google Analytics & Reporting
The Goals for this position is to:
* Ensure Qualified Candidates that come to the site, sign up and create a free profile
* Get Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis
Required Skills:
* 7+ years growing brands online proved by improving CRO results
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Hands-on digital marketing skills and expertise in at least two marketing channels
* Strong copywriting & funnel optimization skills
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
* Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
* Retention Marketing Expertise (lifecycle marketing, churn reduction strategies)
* User Growth Tactics (scalable acquisition strategies for job seekers & hiring managers)
* Competitor & Audience Targeting (lookalike audiences, competitor traffic tools)
* Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
