Job Description:
One of our clients, a Contact Center company is recruiting IT support in Lisbon to work on site:
Your day to day:
- Configure and implement computer and telephony equipment;
- Provide support to users;
- Resolve or escalate network or system incidents;
- Manage local stock in conjunction with the purchasing department.
Requirements:
- French native speaker;
- Residency card valid in Portugal;
- Previous experience in the technical environment: Landesk, Windows 7 and 10, TOIP, Active Directory, Office 365;
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience.
