About The Role
VNTR Club is seeking a
Membership Growth Manager
— a refined relationship builder who operates comfortably at peer level with
HNW and UHNW individuals
.
This role is
based in Lisbon–Cascais
to allow for
in-person relationship building
, private meetings, Clubhouse presence, and select offline engagements.
At the same time, it carries a
global scope
, working closely with VNTR's Club Chapters, and introducers across Europe and beyond.

— cultivating trust with individuals who move wealth with discretion, intention, and long-term perspective.
You will help shape VNTR's presence in Portugal while contributing to the Club's broader global growth — building relationships that endure beyond transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage
values-aligned capital leaders
: family office principals, LPs, exited founders, private investors, and multi-asset allocators
* Lead
high-trust discovery conversations
focused on vision, values, investment philosophy, and cultural fit
* Build relationships through
warm, discreet channels
, in partnership with trusted introducers, advisors, and existing members
* Anchor VNTR's
offline relationship presence in Lisbon
— private meetings, small gatherings, and Clubhouse moments
* Manage the full
membership journey
from first conversation to onboarding with a high-touch, thoughtful approach
* Represent VNTR at select
private dinners, investor circles, capital forums, and Club gatherings
* Collaborate with the global VNTR team to refine and evolve
member acquisition strategy across Chapters
Profile of Excellence — Who You Are
* 3+ years
experience working with HNW / UHNW individuals
* (private banking, family office advisory, luxury real estate, private wealth, premium memberships, or similar)
* Based in the Greater Lisbon area
, with the ability and willingness to engage offline
* Naturally peer-level: composed, intelligent, and relationship-first
* Globally minded, with awareness of European and international private wealth dynamics
* Fluent in
English
(Portuguese is a strong plus)
* High emotional intelligence and sensitivity to nuance, discretion, and timing
* Comfortable operating in
low-noise, high-trust environments
* Familiarity with private capital ecosystems (family offices, co-investments, multi-asset strategies) is an advantage
* Discreet by nature — you understand reputation, confidentiality, and long-term alignment
