IT Systems, Security and Compliance Specialist

Now, we’re looking for an IT Systems, Security and Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT systems infrastructure, ensuring data security, and managing compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of information security and risk management — ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and process excellence.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure.
* Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems and data.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on IT audits and risk assessments.
* Support users and teams with secure and efficient technology solutions.
* Develop and maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and controls.
* Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience in IT systems administration, security management or compliance.
* Good knowledge of network and cloud security principles.
* Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR and IT governance frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Able to work autonomously and in a team.
* Always eager to learn and improve.
