2. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of senior sales experience, ideally in data center, cloud, or managed services
* Proven ability to close large, complex B2B deals
* Comfortable explaining technical solutions to non-technical buyers
* Highly proactive, independent, and self-managed
* Solid experience with CRM systems and sales automation
* Bonus: experience working in scale-up or founder-led environments
