We are seeking a skilled Video Advertising Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, specifically with short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts. They will be responsible for planning, managing and analyzing ad campaigns to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage short-form video advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, hooks and storytelling formats
* Track key metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and provide insights for campaign optimization
* Manage audience segmentation for multiple markets and stay up-to-date with the latest short-form content trends and platform algorithm changes
Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance metrics and A/B testing
* Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Ads
* A creative mindset and strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally focused on short-form video platforms
