The client is a gaming brand looking for a CRM Specialist to manage their customer relationship campaigns.
As a key member of the team, you will create and execute CRM strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM-related roles
* Strong knowledge of conversion, retention, and reactivation indicators
* Advanced proficiency in Excel
* Experience in managing web-based products (valued)
* Fluent English, spoken and written
