Interior Design Trade Acquisition Manager
About the Role:
Curiouz is seeking a skilled Interior Design Trade Acquisition Manager to lead the acquisition and management of trade clients across Europe, the UK, and the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with interior designers, and supporting the full order journey from product sourcing to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for interior design firms and trade buyers
* Drive the acquisition of new trade clients and convert leads into long-term accounts
* Present and promote Curiouz's vintage and antique inventory aligned with client needs and trends
* Build strong, lasting relationships through tailored support, proactive outreach, and consistent follow-up
* Coordinate all aspects of order processing, from initial inquiry to final delivery
* Liaise with operations and sellers to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
* Work closely with the COO on fulfillment strategy, performance insights, and delivery improvements
* Maintain clear documentation of all transactions, logistics steps, and communications
* Develop and maintain a growing network of logistics partners for global shipments
* Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, accounts, and conversions
* Monitor and report on key KPIs, lead conversion rates, and buyer feedback weekly
* Collaborate with the Tech team to improve features tied to trade buying, purchasing flow, and order tracking
* Flag any delays, inconsistencies, or friction in the order process and propose solutions
Requirements:
* Native-level English required to communicate with clients
* Fluency in French a nice-to-have
* Portuguese essential to communicate with internal teams
* Previous experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
* Experience in sales, trade relationships, or client services — preferably in the furniture, interior design, and related-logistics industries
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple orders and client accounts simultaneously
* Familiarity with interior design workflows and/or logistics across the EU and US a big plus
* Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment, able to adapt quickly and propose process improvements
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a solutions-oriented mindset
