We are looking for a skilled Targetting Specialist eager to take on new challenges in a remote work model.
Are you the one?
- Data-Driven Sales & Marketing: Leverage data insights to refine CRM campaigns, enhance customer targeting, and drive sales.
- Optimized Campaigns: Design and test marketing strategies, using performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
- Customer & Market Insights: Analyze trends to boost customer acquisition and campaign success.
- CRM & Compliance: Ensure seamless CRM integration while meeting data protection standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align CRM efforts with business goals, working closely with key teams.
- Technical Skills: 5+ years in analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and coding (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
- Industry Expertise: Experience in B2C/B2B, including airlines, financial services, and e-commerce.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial & Ethical Mindset: Proactive, results-focused, and committed to integrity.
- Onboarding: Two weeks in the UK with occasional visits.
