Job Description Your contribution to something big: You develop and improve testing and diagnostic technologies for electronic products in a production and remanufacturing environment.
You program and maintain existing measuring, testing, and automation equipment, ensuring stable operation and continuous improvement.
You define, specify, and implement new test systems, including the required hardware/software setup.
You create software tools and scripts to support production, repair, and refurbishing processes for new and used electronics.
You ensure robust end-to-end process execution by implementing Poka-Yoke / error-proofing mechanisms .
You develop and maintain databases and structured data flows to connect test systems with production processes.
You support the execution of test programs for different product streams (e.g. new products and remanufactured products).
You collaborate as a permanent member of an international development team and coordinate technical requirements with internal and external partners.
You contribute to process assessments, audits, and self-assessments, supporting internal, external, and customer audits.
You create technical documentation for test hardware, test software, and process instructions .
You act as a key user for SAP, supporting smooth workflows and data consistency.
You train and support users of test tools and ensure long-term performance through maintenance and optimization of test equipment .
Qualifications What distinguishes you:
1. Education Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field.
2. Experience Experience in electronics testing, diagnostics, automation, or industrial production environments.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. engineering, quality, supplier quality, supply chain, technical support).
3. Know-how Strong know-how in electronic circuits and hardware testing.
Very good programming skills in several of the following: C++ / C# Python SQL Server VBA Basic web technologies are a plus ( HTML, CSS3, JavaScript ) Knowledge of test processes, production IT, and structured documentation.
Experience with manual soldering/welding is a plus.
Familiarity with parts lists and organizational systems is an advantage.
4. Languages Very good English skills (written and spoken) — you communicate confidently in an international environment.
