We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team
The Junior Account at Link plays a crucial role in enhancing our sales team's productivity by providing invaluable support throughout the sales lifecycle. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, processing orders, managing invoicing (supplier and client), managing supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless operations between various departments. You will assist in preparing sales contracts, offers and presentations, conducting product data reviews to capture price calculations, and maintaining our shared folders to ensure that our sales team has access to up-to-date information.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, able to juggle multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working on projects from briefing to delivery stage.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
Responsibilities
* Daily client liaising, receiving client briefs and executing associated product sourcing and offer preparations
* Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks
* Coordinate between various departments to ensure efficient workflow
* Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, and presentations
* Manage and update the shared folder and other reports to ensure data accuracy
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support sales strategies
* Respond to supplier inquiries and provide necessary information in a timely manner
* Assist in preparing invoicing reports and tracking same
* Assist in briefing design tasks to inhouse studio and managing weekly and monthly newsletters, customer online platform updates and related tasks
