Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient way;
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services;
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback;
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Fluency in French (C1/C2 Level or Native);
* Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
* Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
* Availability to work in rotating shifts;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Good time management and organizational skills;
* Team spirit and flexibility.
