THE ROLEWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of data projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This role is ideal for someone in their final year of university, a recent graduate, or a professional with up to 1 year of experience who is ready to work full-time.You will work closely with other Project Managers and cross-functional teams to learn our ways of working, contribute to project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between technical and business stakeholders. From an early stage, you will have the opportunity to lead smaller, well-scoped initiatives or client work streams with guidance. Over time, you will progressively take ownership of larger responsibilities, supporting project delivery from requirements gathering through execution follow-up.This role is especially suited for someone who is comfortable operating between business context and technical execution, and who is eager to build a career in project management within a data-driven environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING First 12 Months — with mentoringLearn and adapt to our ways of working, project environment, and delivery standardsSupport the planning, coordination, and documentation of data and analytics projectsLead smaller projects or client workstreams with mentoring and clear support pathsGather and clarify requirements, translating them into clear inputs for executionWork closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align business needs with deliveryHelp identify documentation gaps and improve project structure and knowledge sharingShadow experienced PMs and progressively take on more ownership and autonomyFacilitate internal collaboration sessions, including Refinement, Retrospectives, and Design Thinking workshopsSupport project follow-up by helping manage scope clarity, validation, risks, and delivery progress REQUIREMENTSFinal-year student, recent graduate, or professional with up to 1 year of experience, with full-time availabilityBackground in Engineering, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldClient-facing mindset, with the ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and clarify requirements with clients and internal stakeholdersAbility to translate business needs into clear, structured inputs for execution teamsFluent in English, both written and spokenFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving mindsetWell-organized and detail-oriented, especially when handling documentation and follow-upTeam player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentEagerness to learn, grow, and progressively take ownership of projects WHAT CAN BE A PLUS?Familiarity with data and analytics projectsKnowing what SQL is and having some hands-on experience, or a strong willingness to learnCertifications such as PMI, Scrum, or Kanban PERKSFully Remote or Hybrid Work System (you decide);Salary Range: 17.000€ - 21.000€ gross/annuallyMeal Allowance: 10.46€ per day (via card)15th Month Bonus Salary Policy;4 extra vacation days;Participation in International Projects;Health Insurance (for you, spouse and children);Life Insurance;Company-Paid Certifications;Team Building Activities;Innovative & Young Culture.
