Key Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
* Maintain open communication with property and regional staff to guarantee timely information exchange.
* Assist in processing accounts payable within the automated accounting system.
* Organize and maintain files, as well as order office supplies.
* Research and implement company-sponsored activities to enhance team morale.
* Attend training programs and seminars to expand skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if necessary.
