We are looking for a Transversal Project Manager!
Responsibilities:
* Create centralized “Cybersecurity services” within group from ideation up to go-live, following existing Third-Party Risk Management process, governance, and methodology.
* Work with Cybersecurity SMEs + Intra-group Provider to define the services scope, deliverables, and delivery process.
* Collaborate with Functions’ SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, etc.) to identify main risks related to activities in different territories.
* Mitigate risks by defining, following, and executing actions to meet SMEs conditions (as per Risk Assessment).
* Support deployment of the CDF Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland, assisting current project managers from ideation to go-live.
* Provide operational support to CDF teams, organize change management for onshore teams.
* Work with SMEs to identify and mitigate risks, and elaborate contracts (SLA, billing process) between CDF Department and each location.
* Report at IT Group CDF level (monthly steering committee) and at IT Group Central level (to Sourcing teams with project card, risks, etc.).
Requirements:
* Project management experience.
* General knowledge of IT topics, or IT Risk and Cyber Security.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations, internal policies, and standards.
* Familiarity with major frameworks, issues, and developments regarding Law and Regulation.
* Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Rigor, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
* Proactive attitude and change management skills.
* Ability to understand governance and methodology, and develop transversal processes.
* Fluency in English.
