Service Delivery Manager Role

The objective of this position is to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned services, encompassing coordination, development, and maintenance.

This role demands effective communication, project management, and IT expertise. The ideal candidate should possess a university degree in computer science or business administration and more than 2 years of experience in managing IT projects.

Skill requirements include excellent communication and mediation skills, hands-on experience with sales data models, basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques, and visualization technologies such as PowerBI.

A customer-centric mindset and experience with sales processes, customer journey, and landscape are essential. Business fluent English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assume end-to-end responsibility and ownership for your service and projects.
2. Coordinate and manage developments of internal and external consultants/developers to develop and maintain the assigned service.
3. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT experts.
4. Support the team on identifying priorities, project escalations, and individual coaching.
5. Evaluate work quality, audit, and security standards.
6. Drive digitalization with new technologies and trends.
7. Be responsible for communication, collaboration, and relationship management of key stakeholders.
8. Contribute to cost controlling and resource planning.
9. Foster an agile mindset and way of working.
10. Develop deep relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor.
11. Be open to taking ownership of additional key projects within your domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* University degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics, or similar quantitative field.
* More than 2 years of experience in managing IT projects.
* Excellent communication and mediation skills.
* Hands-on experience with sales data models (e.g., CRM, Web Analytics).
* Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.
* Experience in visualization technologies (e.g., PowerBI).
* Able to understand technical concepts and turn them into business terms.
* Customer-centric mindset.
* Experience with sales processes, customer journey, and landscape.
* Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
