We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Senior Oracle DBA – Hybrid (Lisbon) We are looking for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator to support large-scale, high-availability database environments within a fast-paced, digital-centric ecosystem.
You will integrate a technology team working on high-volume, real-time platforms, supporting services with strong requirements for performance, stability and uptime.

Key Responsibilities Administer, configure and maintain Oracle databases across multiple environments Ensure performance tuning, troubleshooting and optimization of Oracle instances Manage RMAN backup and recovery, as well as disaster-recovery strategies Monitor and maintain database health, ensuring availability and operational excellence Implement and maintain security policies, access controls and compliance standards Support development teams with SQL tuning, schema design and data workflows Execute upgrades, patching and version migrations Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless platform integration Core Technical Skills Proven track record as a Senior Oracle DBA Expertise with Oracle 12c / 19c Strong knowledge of: AWR and SQL tuning | RMAN | PL/SQL fundamentals Experience in Linux-based environments Familiarity with OEM or equivalent monitoring solutions Understanding of highly available and secure system architectures Fluent English (spoken and written) Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions (OCI, Azure, AWS) Scripting or automation skills (Bash, Python) Experience with CI/CD or DevOps practices applied to database operations Soft skills Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving Proactivity and ownership Strong communication and collaboration Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments What we have to offer Careful onboarding and close support from day one Continuous feedback aligned with your professional growth A collaborative and accessible team A work environment that values idea sharing and personal development Access to exclusive partnerships and discounts Social events and initiatives that reinforce team spirit To respond to this opportunity, send us your CV to:
