Your Mission Will Be: - Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT profiles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience; - Develop and publish job descriptions, while performing CV screening and candidate evaluation; - Support recruitment-related administrative activities and maintain accurate records; - Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter using diverse sourcing techniques; - Conduct phone and video interviews and work closely with business managers to align hiring needs.
You Will Need: - Previous hands-on experience in recruitment processes; - Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or similar areas; - Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French; - Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have: - Experience recruiting for IT or technical profiles; - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools; - Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments.
