We are now expanding and seeking a Business Growth Executive to drive new client acquisition and build market foundations across multiple sectors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients from various industries looking to adopt crypto-based financial solutions (e.g., treasury management, payments, settlements).
- Own and manage the full sales cycle : from lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, to closing.
- Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and drive business development.
- Conduct deep market penetration work : research industries, identify sector opportunities, build tailored approaches for different client verticals.
- Maintain and grow the company's presence on professional social media platforms.
- Create marketing materials such as company presentations, case studies, and sector-specific sales assets.
- Support the launch and positioning of new products with sector-specific marketing and communication strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to continuously refine outreach and marketing approaches.
Profile We Are Looking For :
- Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savviness is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact within a fast-moving startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
