We are looking for a detail-oriented
EDM Analyst - German Speaker
to manage and maintain employee data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting process improvements across the organization.
Description
Main Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Manage and maintain master data records accurately and efficiently within HR systems, ensuring consistency and integrity.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to data governance policies, internal standards, and data protection regulations.
Case Management & Issue Resolution:
Assume ownership of employee data-related cases, resolve inquiries using knowledge base resources (FAQs, job aids, policy documents) within agreed SLAs, and escalate complex issues to subject matter experts when necessary.
Employee Support:
Provide regular status updates to employees and partners, assist HR Shared Service Centre users in navigating self-help tools, and educate them on available functionalities.
Reporting & Quality Control:
Perform data validations, generate reports, analyze trends, identify gaps in knowledge base documentation and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support system upgrades related to data management processes.
Profile
The Successful Applicant
Education:
Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in HR data management or administrative roles. Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus.
Languages:
Intermediate English (written and spoken). Additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are highly valued.
Technical Skills:
IT savvy with proficiency in HR systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze and clarify issues, take ownership of cases, work independently, and escalate problems when necessary.
Nice to Have:
Availability to travel when necessary. Experience with ServiceNow and Workday systems.
