The Role of a Production Manager
Ferrovial is a global leader in infrastructure, and we are looking for a talented professional to lead our production team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of production, including defining goals, deadlines, and required resources.
You will supervise and coordinate the work of production teams, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Additionally, you will monitor production progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and manage production resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and direct production activities, including setting goals, deadlines, and necessary resources.
* Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
* Monitor production progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Manage production resources effectively.
* Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends in construction.
* Report on production performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles in production within the construction industry.
* Knowledge of construction civil production processes.
* Proven skills in planning, organization, and leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of Spanish and English.
