About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Trainee to join our fast-growing division in Portugal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support in the analysis and processing of purchase orders;
* Assist in the quotation request process and communication with suppliers;
* Provide support in tracking orders and deliveries;
* Organize and maintain the supplier database;
* Monitor current contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar;
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Office tools;
* A strong command of English and ease with digital tools;
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking;
* Interest in negotiations and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
