What You'll Do
Depending on the project, you may:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs and motivations;
• Translate insights into strategic opportunities, design recommendations and value propositions;
• Structure information and interactions in a clear, intuitive and scalable way;
• Define user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and support the development of design systems;
• Participate in or lead workshops with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams;
• Contribute to the definition of experience roadmaps and product strategies;
• Prepare usability tests and conduct continuous iteration processes;
• Present and defend design decisions based on evidence, rationale and best practices;
• Integrate AI practices and tools into the design process, enhancing efficiency and impact;
• Support client relationships, ensuring alignment, clarity and strategic value in every interaction.
What You'll Bring
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of UX and UI fundamentals (information architecture, heuristics, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems);
• Experience in prototyping, user testing and continuous iteration;
• Ability to transform insights into strategic solutions;
• Ability to facilitate and lead workshops;
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Maze, or similar tools;
• Curiosity and openness to integrating AI into design workflows;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
Behavioral Skills
• Critical thinking, autonomy and proactivity;
• Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills;
• Ability to manage client relationships and work in multidisciplinary environments;
• Solution-oriented mindset, analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously.
Where & How
• Work model: varies by project — full remote, hybrid or on-site;
• Duration: variable — from short-term to long-term engagements;
• Collaboration type: freelance, consulting or dedicated client allocation, depending on the project.
