Are you a dynamic and dedicated Quality Professional to coordinate our Integrated Management System (IMS) within the Gas Services Europe and Africa (GS EU&AF) region?
As a Quality Management Professional in IMS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the IMS across our locations and operations Your position will be based in Portugal, providing support for all GS EU&AF locations, and in-country Gas Services Quality Management operations, including maintenance & continuous improvement of the Portuguese locations Certification.
By collaborating closely with EQS (EHS, Quality, and Security) and other functions including Sales, Project Management, and Procurement, you will ensure that the Integrated Management System aligns with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, meets SE EQS standards, customer requirements, and aligns with local legislation. You will work proactively with various teams to coordinate risk management requirements across the available locations and functions in GS EU&AF, ensuring alignment with quality management goals.
How You'll Make an Impact
1. IMS Coordination: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) to address risks, meet customer and regulatory requirements, and integrate other ISO standards as needed.
2. Audit Program Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits to monitor compliance, identify gaps, lead internal audits, assist with non-conformity analyses, and represent the company in external audits.
3. Procedure Review and Compliance: Review and improve operating procedures, standardize templates for system certification, and ensure compliance with EQS internal and external statutory duties.
4. Strategy, Action Plans, and Performance Reporting: Develop and implement strategies for corrective and preventive actions, supervise and analyze KPIs related to IMS targets, and report on IMS performance to management.
5. Risk and Opportunity Management: Consolidate and report process risks, recommend improvements, and maintain IMS certification.
6. Stakeholder Liaison and Continuous Improvement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, design and deliver training sessions to raise awareness on quality management topics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
What You Bring
7. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
8. Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in a relevant field, ideally in the energy sector, with a solid grasp of risk management frameworks, quality standards, and industry standards.
9. Certifications: Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including Lead Auditor Qualification and Certification; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are desirable. Certified Risk Management Professional preferred.
10. Skills: High proficiency in English, strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and high proficiency in Microsoft packages and software tools.
11. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of root cause analysis for Quality Non-Conformities and the ability to design and deliver training sessions to enhance EQS culture awareness.
12. Attributes: Diligent with a focus on continuous improvement and willingness to travel.
