Controller Opportunity
In our journey towards Quality-of-Life Services, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Group Finance. The Holdings Financial Controlling department is responsible for supervising and controlling the financial reporting processes and providing various performance reports for decision-makers.
The successful candidate will be working transversally with three other hubs and the parent company, following up on costs of support functions, performing analysis with monthly comments, managing gap analysis, and providing day-to-day support to dimension heads.
Key requirements include a background in Finance and Accounting, 3-5 years of experience, problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong financial analysis skills, an aptitude for financial modelling and analysis, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

* Responsibilities:
* Follow-up of costs of support functions for some dimensions
* Perform analysis with monthly comments
* Manage gap analysis (actual vs. last year / forecast)
* Mollow-up outstanding amounts (accruals, prepaid expenses)
* Provide day-to-day support to some dimension' heads to help them preparing budget, forecasts, landings, and prepare semester and year-end closings for external audits
* Monthly analysis of income tax and Capex at Hubs level
* Provide financial ad-hoc analysis when required
Requirements:
* Background in Finance and Accounting
* 3-5 years of experience (audit, consolidation or accounting department)
* Problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail required
* Robust financial analysis skills, with an aptitude for financial modelling and analysis
* Ability to work diligently and effectively with all levels within the organisation including Board members, Executive Committee and stakeholders across the Group
* Rigorous and reliable in your work, ability to handle confidential information
* Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Pro-activeness, critical thinking, effective time management and active listening skills
* Strong spirit of service, team and progress
* Advanced Excel skills, Project Management and HFM experience an advantage
* Fluency in English
