Responsibilities
* Professional experience between 3-6 years as Scrum master (NOT Agile coach or delivery).
* Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* CE3's End-to-End Solutions Architecture team defines the strategic direction and transitional blueprints for C&P technology initiatives.
* Collaborate with CE3 Architects to design and refine north star and transitional architectures for high-impact C&P programmes and cross-vertical initiatives.
* Ensure formalised architectural decisions that unlock delivery and transformation, supporting near-, mid-, and long-term business goals.
* Engage with central Enterprise Architecture, Cross Platform Architecture, Platform System Architecture, and Implementation engineering teams as relevant.
* Apply multidisciplinary approach to guarantee seamless, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
* Align capability and journey design with C&P, CPIT, and SAP objectives, avoiding fragmented solutions and delivery risks.
* Support team as a SCRUM Master, facilitate agile ceremonies and client facing transparency into the delivery.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY.
